Our History

Iurada was established over 15 years ago by Alfred, Benjamin and Daniel Iurada, bringing together structural engineering expertise, commercial insight and hands-on construction experience. This foundation shaped a practical, detail-driven approach that continues to guide how we deliver projects today.

While the scale and complexity of our work has grown, our focus has remained the same: taking pride in the work, communicating clearly, and delivering with integrity.

Alfred Iurada

Director

With more than 40 years in construction, Alfred brings deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. His structural engineering background defines Iurada’s strong attention to detail and the quality the business is known for. Practical and solutions-focused, Alfred continues to mentor the team and guide projects with precision and care.

Benjamin Iurada

Director

Benjamin leads operations with a focus on collaboration, safety and performance. With 25 years of experience across complex builds, he ensures projects run smoothly from planning through to delivery. His approachable leadership style and emphasis on teamwork have shaped Iurada’s culture of accountability and respect on site and in the office.

Daniel Iurada

Director

Daniel oversees the commercial and strategic direction of the business, combining financial insight with a commitment to long-term partnerships. With more than 25 years of experience across financial services and construction, he ensures each project is delivered with transparency, efficiency and commercial strength.
